The contact form is the only place on this site where personal data is collected. When you submit it, you give us:

• Full name
• Company
• Email address
• Phone number (optional)
• The content of your message

We use that data for one purpose only: to read your enquiry and reply to it. We do not use it to send you marketing you did not ask for, we do not build profiles from it, and we neither sell it nor share it with third parties for advertising.

The form includes a hidden anti-spam field that collects nothing about you: it only serves to discard automated submissions.

We process your data because you send it to us voluntarily so that we can deal with your enquiry (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR, consent) and, where the enquiry concerns a potential project, in order to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).

We keep the data from your enquiry for 30 days after we have dealt with it, and delete it once that period has passed. If the enquiry leads to a business relationship, the necessary data will be kept for the periods required by commercial and tax law.

The site and the corporate mailbox are hosted with Hostinger, which acts as a processor and accesses the data solely to provide us with that service. There are no other recipients.

On the “About us” page we display the official integrator badge served directly by Inductive Automation from their own servers. When that image loads, your IP address and basic browser details become visible to Inductive Automation. It is the only third-party content on the site.

This site uses a single cookie, called NEXT_LOCALE, which remembers the language you are browsing in so you are not returned to Spanish on every page. It is a technical cookie: it does not track your activity, it is not shared with anyone and it is not used for advertising.

That is why you will not see a cookie consent banner: we use no analytics, no tracking pixels and no advertising cookies. We do not load fonts or scripts from external servers either.

You can delete or block it from your browser settings. The site will keep working if you do; it simply will not remember your language.

You can exercise the following rights at any time by writing to info@hecnys.com:

• Access the data we hold about you
• Have it corrected if it is inaccurate
• Ask us to delete it
• Ask us to restrict its processing
• Receive it in a portable format
• Object to us processing it
• Withdraw your consent, without affecting processing carried out beforehand

If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

If we change the way we handle data, we will update this page and the date shown above.
